WIG Assembly

Submitted by sheree.storrer on

We had our end of year WIG (wildly important goals) assembly this past month. This assembly was so awesome! We got to showcase amazing teachers and students who have worked so hard to reach their goals. This was worth celebrating our successes! The kids were surprised with Golden Panther Paws, the teachers walked the red carpet and the students even sang a surprise song to their teachers. We are so proud of ALL of our Park Panthers! Way to end the year strong!!

They are kind to everyone and are a great example of what a Park Panther leader is and does. Congrats leaders!!

Rodeo Reading Challenge Winners

Submitted by sheree.storrer on

Our Park Panthers did such a fantastic job on their rodeo reading challenge! Each class had a winner chosen and they each received two free tickets to our Spanish Fork rodeo in July. Our grand prize winners were Kaiya and Vana and in addition to their free tickets, they will each receive a pair of cowboy boots, a pair of wrangler jeans and a new cowboy hat! The rodeo leaders also decided to choose two teachers from the district to also win two tickets and our very own Mrs. McEntire was chosen! Congratulations Park Panthers!

Freedom Walk

Submitted by sheree.storrer on

The fifth graders got to participate in an extra special field trip this week honoring veterans. The students all wore We Love Our Veterans shirts provided by the American Legion. Students were encouraged to honor veterans, honor the flag, and be grateful for our freedom. We learned so much about our veterans and had a wonderful day.
