Are you Cougar Strong?
Park Elementary welcomed the Cougar Strong team of BYU Athletes, Cosmo, and the Dunk Team. They put on an amazing show while teaching us how to be socially, physically, mentally, and technologically strong. To be socially strong we are kind to others and help out when we can. To be physically strong we exercise, eat good food, and get enough sleep. To be mentally strong, we learn new things and keep trying when we make mistakes. To be technologically strong, we are safe and have fun on devices, but don't forget to put them away to connect with other people and activities. We are all working to be Cougar Strong!
