A penny saved COULD BE a penny earned for the final day of Penny Wars tomorrow morning if the silver and green don't invade your teachers can.
Check out the list of leaders and those in the hole to MAKE YOUR LAST STAND at the Penny Wars table. If you would like to make a donation with a check or in bills and count it as pennies for your student's class you may do so simply by letting a school official know or with an attatched note. Or, continue bombing other classes to hinder their progress.
Mrs. McAllister's class LOVED experimenting with conversation hearts as they learned about water.
Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.

After many days of positive behavior, Mrs. Poulson's class earned a reward. Park's brave first grade intern, Mrs. Poulson, gave the class a choice for their reward and they chose the most obvious activity...MAKE A PINATA! What a fun activity for these little first graders. Way to go Panthers!
Students in Mrs. Coates class collaborated with District Art Speciailist Tom Wood with an integrated art lesson as part of the GAINS program. Students enjoyed an integrated watercolor lesson on iconic Utah arches.
It's Penny War time again! CHECK your COUCHES, your CONSOLES, your CUPBOARDS and COFFEE CANS for all that loose CHANGE and support Park Elementary!
Penny Wars supports Park students with fundraising. The War begins as students bring in pennies for their own class but silver and bills are used to bomb other classes. A penny earns a students' class a point, while silver and bills count against the class total.
In the end, it's a Win-Win for everyone!
Over the past few months, Warren Orthodontics in Springville held a Best Teacher contest where students could nominate their favorite teacher.
Mrs. Perschon was nominated by Ethan Brown and was presented with a prize and a class treat of Pop Rocks becuse she ROCKS!
Ethan says he loves that Mrs. Perschon reads books in class, has lots of interactive learning and of course, she is NICE.
Congratulations Mrs Perschon!

First grade students in Mrs. Poulsen and Mrs. McAllister's class celebrated what they learned about winter with some fun activities yesterday. Students learned how all snowflakes are different, wrote about “How to Catch a Snowflake”, read books about winter, and made a tasty snowflake treat with Mrs. Lybbert. Great Job Panthers!
As a Leader in Me school, Park Panthers look up to the heroes and leaders of Spanish Fork Law Enforcement. Thank You to all the police officers and staff that help protect and keep our city safe.
