Utah Give Kids a Smile

Utah Give Kids a Smile will be holding their annual event on February 23, 2019. This event will provide free dental exams and procedures for qualifying low income students age 5-12. Attached is a flyer with information, qualification information, and the consent form. The deadline for completed forms to be faxed in is February 6, 2019. If you need us to print off the consent form for you, please feel free to come to the office between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Term 2 Student Led Conferences 1/10/2019

Below you will find links to sign up for a Student Led Conference time.  

*Please follow the link for the teacher you need to set up an appointment with.

*You will notice some classes have scheduled appointments and some are doing it more open house where you sign up for a chunk of time that works for you to come in.

*Please sign up with your students name.

*Include your email address and it will email you a reminder 2 days prior to SLC's.

Bright Ideas

Does your child love to assembly, build, and create? If the answer is yes, please sign up for Bright Ideas Innovation Station. These classes will be held for 3 Saturdays in January, February, and March at Larsen Elementary.

Dr. Christy Kane- Unplug and Connect Presentation

Dr. Christy Kane will be presenting in Nebo School District four times over the next several months. Please take a moment to check out the flyers. Dr. Kane uses clinical experience and scientific research to explain the neurological changes taking place in the developing brain due to the impact of electronics. 

She will be presenting at:

* Payson High School on February 4th at 7:00 pm

* Salem Hills High School on February 25th at 7:00 pm

* Maple Mountain High School on March 18th at 7:00 pm

AND

* Spanish Fork High School on April 15th at 7:00 pm

Park Friendship Crew

The Friendship Crew is in charge of helping students make friends at recess.  A while ago they held a giant Duck Duck Goose game during recess.  Over 50 first and second grade students participated.  It was a great hit! Way to go leaders!
