If you know anything about Park Elementary, the first thing you would think of is the Leader in Me program.  But, there is something else at Park that is just as special.  Mrs. Graham, our wonderful and caring computer specialist teacher, has spent about an hour a week for the past four months working with a special group of students called P.A.L.S or Park Advanced Learning System.

LesLee Hunt received this year's Crystal Apple for her exemplary teaching and service to the students, parents and faculty of Park Elementary. Mrs. Hunt has taught at Park Elementary for 14 years. She is dedicated, knowledgeable and hardworking. Mrs. Hunt is dedicated. Mrs. Hunt loves her students and is committed to giving them the very best. She goes the extra mile on behalf of students as well as parents and teachers. It is well know that Mrs. Hunt will help you with anything you need. Mrs. Hunt is a caring, dedicated teacher. Mrs. Hunt is knowledgeable.

Leader in Me Financial Wellness and Service Day

As part of The Leader in Me program at Park Elementary, we educate not only our students in the 7 Habits, but also our parents to help families to be successful in our community. 

Last Thursday, parents attended a financial wellness class presentation by Brian Nelson, Founder and President of 8 Pillars Financial Education Company.

Coates 5th Grade WIG Party

Mrs. Coates 5th Grade class enjoyed a chip and dip and game party for reaching their WIG (Wildly Important Goal) of 90% Excellents in Prep time during the month of March.  Way to go Panthers!
