Park Elementary will hold a Back to School Night Celebration on September 11th at 6:00.  Please join us as we reopen Park School as the newest Lighthouse School which is part of The Leader in Me.   There will be a special ribbon cutting ceremony with school faculty, students, parents, community leaders, and 7 Habits star Sean Covey!

After the ceremony and a short visit to your students' class, everyone is invited to enjoy a hot dog outside to continue the celebration.

Nebo School District Celebrates 39 Buildings Achieving the Energy Star Recognition Award

Nebo School District has received notification that 39 of its buildings have earned the EPA’s ENERGY STAR Certification, the most of any school district in the state of Utah. This recognition is presented to the most energy efficient buildings in the country.

7 Habits Signature Training For New Faculty

Students may be out, but new faculty members are in session learning all about the 7 Habits.  We welcome First Grade teachers Bristi Poulson and Janae McAllister, Sixth Grade teacher Shawn Rawlings, and new custodian Randel Talbot to Park Elementary and the newest Lighthouse School-Park Elementary!

Utah's 4th Lighthouse School!

Recently, Park faculty, parents and students rejoiced at the wonderful news of becoming a Lighthouse School.  When you think of a lighthouse, you imagine a beacon illuminating its light in all directions beckoning to the incoming ships there is safety after the storm.  A lighthouse also warns of danger of rocks and other obstacles that stand in the way of reaching the shore.
