Wednesdays have become a favorite day for fifth grade students at Park Elementary.  Students have been learning from Officer DeWitt from Spanish Fork Police Department about the D.A.R.E program.  This program teaches students about things such as the importance of drug and alcohol resistance, peer pressure, and making good choices.  Officer DeWitt has provided several activities for students, including a demonstration by the K9 Officers and their dogs.  Officer Grover and Officer Smith brought the K9’s to the school to show the students their incredible dogs and discussed what they do each day.  These dogs were amazing!

Students are looking forward to D.A.R.E graduation, which will be held on March 20th.
