Every year our teachers & other staff members team up together and make gingerbread houses that our students can vote on and then each student has the chance of winning a gingerbread house at the end of the week.
Look at these amazing houses, talk about talent. Which one would you vote for?

CONGRATULATIONS to our amazing 5th graders, they each graduated the N.O.V.A program this Monday, they have all learned so much from Officer Peterson & we thank him for the time he took with our students.

3rd grade Math Leaders from Ms. Poulson's class, Vana and Mya, visited Ms. Dunn's class to share a math strategy to help with their multiplication. They taught a counting by 3s chant and actions. Ms. Dunn's students are continuing to practice that strategy and use it to solve multiplication problems and pass off their multiplication facts. Thanks for making a difference, Math Leaders!

Park had their student orchestra concert on Friday! They played a variety of Christmas songs that they have been practicing this year. We are so proud of our Park students!
Our students had the chance to hear from those from the WHO lives organization, They spoke to us about how WE can help get clean water to Africa by using a village drill. We also had a special guest visit our school who also spoke of her experience in Africa, that speical guest was Miss Utah, Dexonna Talbot.
Our 1st grade students love it when their 5th grade reading buddies come too read with them. THANK you 5th grade for being such great LEADERS!!
