Join us for a night of Halloween fun for the whole family. It will be at Park Elementary on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
5th Grade Writing Leaders, Connor Mattinson and Everett Boyd, visited Ms. Dunn's class to teach the 3rd graders about writing. They shared a story they had written and illustrated. Connor and Everett answered the 3rd graders questions and inspired them to start writing their own stories. They are great examples of writing and synergising. Way to go Writing Leaders!
The students in Mrs. Bird's class synergized as tables to create table names and signs. Some tables had to use habit 4 and find a win win so that everyone could agree upon a name. Mrs. Bird was so proud of how each table came together to find a name and sign that everyone felt good about. Way to go, Leaders!
Have you ever thought about how amazing it would be to be apart of a wonderful, fun, happy environment? Well, then come to Park! We would love for you to be apart of our team. Check the flyer above for more information!

At Park Elementary D.E.A.L stands for Drop Everything And Lead. We spend some time each month focusing on the 7-Habits. Our first graders got to listen to Mrs. Hunt's DEAL lesson. Mrs. Hunt taught about Habit 2, Begin with the End In Mind. She had the students discuss how they use Habit 2 at school. They talked about doing their Take Home books, nightly home reading, and working hard in class. This is beginning with the end in mind because they are trying to reach their bubble gum goal (making 1 years growth in reading). Awesome job, Leaders!
