Utah Give Kids a Smile will be holding their annual event on February 23, 2019. This event will provide free dental exams and procedures for qualifying low income students age 5-12. Attached is a flyer with information, qualification information, and the consent form. The deadline for completed forms to be faxed in is February 6, 2019. If you need us to print off the consent form for you, please feel free to come to the office between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Mrs. James' class is our lunchroom winner of the week! They came back from Christmas Break with great behavior at lunchtime. They are celebrating this week in our lunchroom with balloons and decorations! Way to go, Panthers!
