Pennies for Scholarships

Service project to raise money for high school senior scholarships

Penny Wars is in full swing.  This Friday will be the final day to bring change in for our service project.  Dig into those couch cushions and check your car seats.  Our students will be awarding scholarships at the end of the month!  Thank you to all that have supported it.

It is time for our annual “Penny Wars” Service Project!  We began this service project last year to give scholarships to past Park alumni that are now high school seniors.  Our goal last year was to raise enough money to give one $500 scholarship.  In true Panther giving we raised enough to give TWO $500 scholarships!  The two recipients were Sawyer Hamilton who went to BYU and Alisha Garzan who also went to BYU.  Our hope is to keep paying this forward so when our current students are high school seniors they will also have the opportunity
